Hello Yasmeen,
In order to pursue LLB 3year course you should have completed you bachelors degree in some course from a recognized university. You could fill up CLAT PG, entrance exam form and for the preparation you could refer to books like Universal's guide, which provides previous year question paper which could be practiced.
