Greetings,

A 3 year LLB course can be pursued through both Government colleges and private institutes as well. The admission  is determined by your overall CLAT rank. CLAT is a centralized national level entrance test. Twenty-two National Law Universities and most of the private colleges in India use CLAT as a consolidated entrance exam for courses like LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB ETC.  Visit https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/ for further enquiry.

Some private colleges also offer admission directly through donations or through their own generated exams .

Hope this helps and good luck !
