i want to ask sir/mam that i have got 60.816 percentile in PUCET and 88.8% in 12th board exams.Can i get admission in PU ?

Comparing with this year's cut off by scores of PUCET, I can predict that it is difficult for you to get admission in any of the B.Sc hons. courses of Punjab University except for Maths hons.
