For UG: Class XII pass-out from a recognized school + Clear cutoff marks in entrance exam
For PG:
B.Tech degree in the given areas: Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical, Naval Architecture, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy & Material Science, Instrumentation, Mechatronics etc.
+ Clear cutoff marks in entrance exam

Dear Pravin,
In order to take admission in Aeronautical engineering you have to appear for the entrance exam.
To take admission in IITs you have to appear for JEE(Main + Advanced) exam.
In order to be eligible you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile in general category. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks.
There are some top private colleges as well in which you can appear like Manipal and Amrita.
