You nees to be graduate first in any discipline from recognised University or must b ein final year of graduation and have course completion certificate to be produced and then clear UPsC Civil service exams.
Secondly candidates need to be in age of 21 to 32 years as on 1st August 2018.
Must be citizen of India as well. After clearing Mains and Prelim exam of UPsC and based on rnaks you will be called for interview and then you can become an IAS officer.
