Yes it is certainly possible to change the date of birth. Changing date of birth would be only beneficial for you if you do it for both Aadhar Card and birth certificate. To change date of birth in your Aadhaar Card you need to visit the nearest Aadhar Kendra and carey any document in which your date of birth is 2003. It can be any government authorised document or your 10th marks certificate. If you do not have any such certificate then at first you would have to make correction in your birth certificate by visiting  the nearest municipal corporation office and meeting the officers related to the same.

After this happens you can apply in the regional educational office for correction of date of birth in your marks certificates.
