I want to do civil service, now I am 12th science pass out what should I do forward? in which field should I get admission then I don't have any risk about future.

The basic eligibility criteria for being eligible to write the UPSC exam is that the candidate must have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized institution.

If you have just passed class 12th, you can pursue bachelors in arts taking a subject that would be relevant and helpful for you in order to prepare for the civil service exam. Subjects like - Political Science, History or Geography will be relevant.

Kunalpathare1122 , From some research on internet and from some research I suggest you that if you want to became IAS then engineering is good option for you because top rankers of UPSE are more than 70% are engineers.

So, It is good option for you to top ranked in UPSE.

For doing civil service, you have to join IAS (Indian Administrative Service) for which you have to give UPSE exam after your graduation completion.  After class 12th, opt for the course of graduation that involves history, politics, economics and basic math's or the subject you are interested for. During your graduation  please keep the UPSC syllabus in mind so that you can master these subject well.

There is always a kind of uncertainty when it comes to UPSC Civil Services preparation. Even if candidates do it with full preparation, it is sometimes difficult. First of all, you need to see area of your interest. If you are really interested in science , you can go for courses like B.tech, hons. in Physics, Chemistry etc. as per you interest. Because every field has scope until or unless you have a sheer determination to do best in that field. UPSC is more bounded towards humanities. So, people prefer more to go courses like B.A. . However, optional holds a very good place in UPSC. It consists of 500 marks and many science subjects are also there like engineering, chemistry, physics etc. So, without worrying go for the stream which you like most. Don't feel if you do graduation in science, you may not cope up with syllabus because if you  see UPSC toppers list like Srushti Deshmukh, Kanishak Kataria all are graduate from science stream. If you feel you may not get a secure future in Arts, do graduation in the science stream as per your interest to secure a good future along with prepare for UPSC. At the end, see your interest, because even if you choose the thing which offers much more good packages, and do not hold interest, then it will certainly land you in a problem.
