I want to do Ma japanese but I don't have Ba japanese. does diploma from ignou qualify for eligibility?

IGNOU offers a certificate course in Japanese language. The eligibility criteria for the course is that a candidate must have passed at least Class 12 to and must have minimum knowledge of English to pursue this course.
