JNTUH and JNTUK there are State Universities jntuk belongs to andhara kakinada state and JNTUH belongs to telengana both colleges are best and top universities and has you have written TSICET exam then you have only chance to get in JNTUH you need to write apicet to get in JNTUK both Colleges are best to do your MCA
