I WANT TO FREEZE AFTER 2 ND ROUND COUNSELING . SO SHOULD I GO REPORTINNG CENTRE AGAIN ?

Yes, you can change your option to freeze or slide from float. But for that you have to report to the reporting centre again with your original JEE Advanced admit card, class 10 and 12 marksheets, round 2 allotment letter and the admission confirmation letter that you must have gotten during verification of documents during round 1. If you don't feel confident enough, you can take some other important documents too.
