Since your major interest is into Manufacturing domain, the best suitabke Engineering specialized course is Production or Automobiles Engineering which is fully niche and specialized into Manufacturing and Production aspects.

Both have some lucrative opportunities into roles like Core manufacturing, Purchase and Logistics, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Etc.

Some core roles offered are into service and maintenance, Research design Planning, Field supervision, etc. With major Automobile and Aircraft firms.

To get into top IITs and NITs, JEE mains and Advanced is must to be appeared.

For vehicles basically you should join mechanical engineering.for electronics equipment you should join electronics and communication engineering.
