i want to get seat in karnataka with up domcile in which quota should i apply : others or private seats or private quota seats?

Hello dear candidate.
Since you have a domicile of your state, it would be better if you apply under state Quota. All medical and related colleges have a 85% of seats, reserved for State Quota students.
Depending on your score, you should apply, for government or private seats.
