To pursue a Master's degree in Psychology in any university/college whatsoever you'll have to crack the entrance examination of the respective institute first. The following universities (in random order) have Master's courses in Psychology:

6. Fergusson College, Savitribai Phule Pune University

All the government Universities mentioned above have their own entrance exams which are usually conducted in the months of May/June. All these examinations are MCQ type. The eligibility for most of the above is 55% in graduation (preferably in Psychology). You could check private universities as well.
