I want to know about Hitech medical college Bhubaneswar, about admission in mbbs ,whether ragging is a common practice there.

HMCH is a private,non-profit,self-financing medical institution placed in Bhubaneswar,Odisha.The college affiliated to Utkal University and recognized by Medical Concil of india.It offers MBBS course at the UG level and MD&MS programs at the PG level

Admission in HMCH is strictly based on merit in the entrance exam folled by conselling on the national level. A 10+2 pass is required with physics,chemistry & biology in aggregate(40 % for SC/ST).

A valid score in NEET(National Eligibilty cum Entrance Test) is required to secure admissions in MBBS program.

Candidates can apply by visiting the official website of college on payment of INR 1400 as application fee

As per ragging i ever college there is a ragging , In HMCH has anti ragging commitee

Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital (HMCH) is a private, non-profit, self-financing medical institution based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The college is affiliated to Utkal University and recognized by Medical Council of India. It offers MBBS course at the UG level and MD & MS programs at the PG level.

Admission in HMCH is strictly based on merit in the entrance exam followed by counselling on a national level.

1.A 10+2 pass is required with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology with 50% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST).

2.A valid score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is required to secure admission in MBBS program.

3.HMCH also offers MD and MS programs in Clinical and Non-Clinical domains.

Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital (HMCH)offers MBBS course for the duration of 4-year and 6-month along with compulsory internship of 1 year.Selections in MBBS course are strictly done on the basis of marks obtained in NEET entrance exam. At present, the tuition fee for MBBS course is INR 5,50,000 p.a.

Regarding the ragging status in HMCH The anti-ragging guidelines are strict and the students also abide to them. So technically you won't find any activity pertaining to ragging as per the beliefs. But yes, as a disclaimer, senior junior interactions happen here too, and it's no big thing because those are completely sensible and responsible events
