I want to know about Hitech medical college Bhubaneswar, about admission in mbbs ,whether ragging is a common practice there.

Admission in HMCH is strictly based on merit in the entrance exam folled by conselling on the national level. A 10+2 pass is required with physics,chemistry & biology in aggregate(40 % for SC/ST).
A valid score in NEET(National Eligibilty cum Entrance Test) is required to secure admissions in MBBS program.

1.A 10+2 pass is required with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology with 50% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST).
2.A valid score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is required to secure admission in MBBS program.
3.HMCH also offers MD and MS programs in Clinical and Non-Clinical domains.
Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital (HMCH)offers MBBS course for the duration of 4-year and 6-month along with compulsory internship of 1 year.Selections in MBBS course are strictly done on the basis of marks obtained in NEET entrance exam. At present, the tuition fee for MBBS course is INR 5,50,000 p.a.
Regarding the ragging status in HMCH The anti-ragging guidelines are strict and the students also abide to them. So technically you won't find any activity pertaining to ragging as per the beliefs. But yes, as a disclaimer, senior junior interactions happen here too, and it's no big thing because those are completely sensible and responsible events
