IGNOU offers Integrated MSc in Physics, so you can do Integrated MSc in Physics from IGNOU. There is no bar for maximum age. Eligibility: Candidate must have BSc in Mathematics/Physics for becoming eligible.

IGNOU is one of the best universities in the country. Also, its degrees are recognized by all Indian universities. And are valid for higher education.
