I want to know that how many rank i want in upsee to take government college

Hello dear aspirant,
If you belong to general category, then you need atleast a rank if 4000 to get a good government college, you may get government college even up to 8k rank, but these colleges are not that good, for a good government college, a rank less than 4k is required.
