i want to know that third year admission open or not actually i am complete two years BA this college but this time i am too late for filling a form for third year so there is any chance for completing Ba??

I think you will have to clarify this with the college administrative staff. The guidelines differ for different colleges. In most colleges there are deadlines for such admission processes so if you haven't exceeded the deadline you are good to go. Otherwise you may face some issues regarding the same.
