Iam 85 years old and third year BA Fail from Punjab open University on year 1959. But now I want to reappear in BA course from IGNOU.

Respected Sir,
Better you go with the same college which you have attent the three years of BA. with the related doucments have have some words with them i hope they will understand them and they will allow you to attent the paper which you have fail.
If you are going with the another college which you have mention in the question then they will asked all the thing and they take time to get in the process. So better to go with Punjab open University only.
