i want to know,i passed my b. Tech in 2018 but due to some reasons i don't hv 8th semester marks so, can i upload 7th semester marksheet?

Hey,
It depends upon the purpose of your uploading or the exam or wherever you are needed to upload. But still, if the criteria of admission anywhere is b.tech complete with 8 semesters, the chances are against in your favour that they will accept 7th semester marks. In this case, you can drop them a mail on their mail id telling your problem and your reason of not uploading 8th semester marks.They might allow you in case, your reason is found valid.
