I want to learn foreign languages by doing graduation. how should I do apply..?? how should I get updates in this application??

You can learn a foriegn language in your graduation as well as with your graduation. To learn a foriegn language in your graduation you can apply to various universities offering that language at graduation level. Since they won't teach you basic their, what they are going to teach you is literature of that langauge, I highly recommend you to join a additional insititute to learn that particular foriegn language. Various prestigious universities like JNU and DU offer foreign languages at graduation level BA(hons) French, German, etc etc.
If you do not want to study language in graduation then you can join any private institute for it they teach you all basics and they have different levels to clear. Doing it with your graduation, you will have to give it some extra time from your graduation studies. Some languages like Spanish are quite easy to learn and can be learnt within a year. What matters here is time management how you manage your graduation with foriegn language.

thank you so much for ur suggestion. I'm the fresher to know foreign language. first I need to learn basics, can u suggest me good institution for basics on Spanish language. I'm from Hyderabad.

If you want to do graduation in any foreign language then the best university to opt for is Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
