Mechanical engineering is a branch that deals with design, maintainance, development of various mechanical systems where as electrical engineering involves design , maintaining and development of equipment that deals with electricity , electronics , electromagnetism etc.

Aeronautical engineering deals with aerodynamics and bit of electronics as well. Hope i was able to clear your doubts.
