I want to leave my btech course and join bsc. I have completed first year. Is it possible for me to change the stream and start from first year in another college? what is the procedure for leaving my current course?

Yes you can do this, it is possible and valid. If you want to terminate your B.Tech. course and join B.Sc. in another college than firstly you have to see that whether you meet the eligibility requirements of the college offering B.Sc or not. If you are sure that you can get another college for B.Sc than you can withdraw your admission from current college and course.
For this you have to give a letter to principal of current college describing the issue and after that you have to collect your certificates which you submitted in college at the time of admission. That's all you have to do and your admission will be cancelled.
Note that no fees of first year will be refunded.
