It is better that you begin with DC Pandey for Mechanics if it is your weak point. Because the concepts are explained in a very easy and lucid manner in DC Pandey, as well as, solution for every question is provided. Once you have formed a grip over Mechanics, you can move on to HC Verma for concepts of higher order. Beginning rightaway with HC Verma isn't a good idea as it consists of very high order thinking skills' questions, which can badly confuse a student who is already weak in Mechanics.
to start your JEE Main & Advanced 2020 Preparation you need to focus on things mentioned below

Good luck
Bot the books are equally good but as it is said, smart work is bettet than hard work...so study smartly You should study in an appropriate order as start with H C as it will help you to build your conceptual base , solve its questions and when you feel that you have built a strong base, proceed to D C Pandey for more questions.Afterward if you still feel you need more understanding then you can also go for Physics by Resnick Halliday and Jee advanced physics by BM Sharma.
I hope this helps.
