I want to study abroad for free or at least cost , is it possible?

Candidate, if you think of studying free of cost specially in abroad, you can apply for international Scholarships. If it is your Master's Degree then Germany offers DAAD Scholarship which is fully funded, these scholarships are mostly provided based on your merit and the social works committed by you. You have to appear for Entrance Exams into foreign colleges, you need to gather knowledge about English and should have good speaking skills.
