Germany is a good option for engineering as you can get more practical exposure. In india study is mainly based on theory and very less practical exposure.Moreover fee is very less and affordable in gremnay.So study in germany is a good option. But you should learn german language inorder to mingle with germans as far as I know and it's very difficult to get a European visa unless and untill you are good at academics.

Good Afternoon, I appreciate your decision but I would to suggest you that going to Germany just for a bachelor's degree is not worthy. Instead, get a Bachelor's degree in India and after that you can go to Germany for PG. There are a number of colleges and universities in Germany which do not even charge fees or provide a great amount of scholarship.

Doing MBA or MS from Germany will be worth your money.

Ofcourse.. You will have more scope than studying in India. Try to do masters there it will be more worthful.
