I want to take admission in first year engineering but i dont gave caste validity abd my caste is st but i have applied for caste validity and 9 months before can i get the admission on basis of receipt of applied for caste validity

Dear Aspirant,
As said by you, you have applied for the certificate & have the receipt for the same. Now that you don't have the certificate yet, you can surely convince the college you are taking admission into saying you have applied for the same & it is in due process. You can also say that you have applied for the same & you will submit the same as soon as possible.
