Hi, you can transfer your admission from BSR Degree college to SV university degree college. Since, there are limited number of seats in one intake. You will have to check whether the college has seats available to offer an admission in the second year. Your scores need to be excellent as the procedure for getting into the college will be same that means on merit basis. You need to be updated on when the applications are open.
