I want to work in Bharath biotech or serum institue or any kind of biotech related company.I'm a M.Tec biotechnology student.How can i get that job? And will the pay scale per month?

hi,
see the organization you have named comes under tier 1 companies in the domain of bio tech. however the most prominent companies hires from IIts in India. so in case you are currently studying in any iits you have decent scope for campus placement. however if that not possible I would suggest to join any of the organization which related with bio tech, gain experience of work and then apply for big mncs.
