I wanted to ask that, for doing masters from Canada, 4 years of graduation is compulsory, but if I do a 3 years of graduation and 1 year diploma, will it be considered as equivalent of 4 years of study?

Yes. You can do it . There are few colleges accept you . You can get admission as per your requirement. You can visit the university website and contact them and view the eligibility criteria for there admission.
