I was allotted a college in 1st phase but i didn't join and i have clicked on cancel the allotted seat.now iam unable to exercise options

Hey Sohan,
You are not eligible for further counselling.
If you alloted any seat in round 1 then you have to report and then you can choose for further counselling.
If you did not respond or cancell your seat then you will not be eligible for further counselling.
So wait for special round / spot round , if they organize then you have a another chance.
