I was allotted a seat in VIPS pitampura but now I want MSIT for BCOM hons. Should I wait for the 2nd round of counseling if my rank is 159?

Yes you can wait for the 2nd couselling also
If not then you can directuly you can take the admission on that college OR wait for the 2nd couselling let see the chancessa are there to get in 2nd couselling also.
