Considering the Age limit Eligibility criteria for UPSC Civil Services examinations, you have only 3 more attempts for giving UPSE CSE Exam, since any candidate can give UPSC CSE Exam till 32 years of age and by now you are 29 years old. In UPSC, Different category have different attempts to give. Since you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a GENERAL Category student.
UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age . General Category & EWS: 32 years; 6 attempts. OBC (with certificate): 32 years + 3 years; 9 attempts. SC/ST: 32 years + 5 years; unlimited attempts.
