I was born(2007) and completed my schooling till 12th in assam.at present I am preparing for neet.we don't have any land in Assam and my parents had been in Assam for more than 20 years but as proof my father is voting in Assam since 2013. Will I get prc for state quota and what xo I need to do for prc?
