I was filed in 2nd puc physics subject and paas in supplementary exam I can join engineering college

Yes, dear, you can join definitely on any engineering college, give some engineering entrance exam to get good colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs and other government exams. And more private university also conducts own entrance exam now you have to decide which college you want to join then prepare for the entrance exam.
