I was filling Re-registration form of Ignou but my details are showing study center which I applied while taking admission & not showing study centre allotted to me by Ignou. what should I do?

Usually the study centre that a candidate chooses while registration is the same study centre where candidates are required to submit the assignments, and this was the also the preference of study centre for term end exam, now it's not clear from your query what really happened as in you applied for admission with one study centre and ignou didn't provided it to you, and it's providing the old study centre now while re-registration, or you couldn't get the old study centre as TEE exam, because that's a frequent case in IGNOU or it's something else, I would request you to kindly elaborate on this, or else seek out assistance in ignou grievance portal for the same.

I have requested through grievance portal & email to change the study centre details in admission status on IGNOU website & IGNOU app. I have no problem with the allotted study centre (IGNOU sent me an sms for that) but admission status, from the beginning, is showing study centre which I choose while taking admission. Now Re-registration details are showing wrong details about my study centre. So what should I do in this regard?

pooja, kindly wait out for the response from the authority regarding this, usually the email service is quick to respond to student queries, but because of the pandemic there can be delay, else try reaching out to your RC or your coordinator of study centre, by the way you're in which year, what was your earlier and now provided study centre?
