Hello friend, if you mention the name of college then it would be easier for me to assist and guide you, but generally colleges don't allow the students to appea directly in second round of counselling, if they have not apperared in the first round. Sometimes when the colleges's seats remain unfilled then the do a spot round in these all students can apply, but this depends on college to college.
