I was qualified and got 14000 rank in gate 2019. Is there any chance to get admission into jntuk for mtech in computer science?

Yes, you can try for jntuk but I Suggest you apply for NIT's/IIT's you can get with 14k Rank, Let me know whether you're interested studying in NIT's/IIT's
