Last year Mbbs cut off for general candidates in Kerala under state quota was 558 in T D Medical College, Alappuzha and Government Medical College, Manjeri.
Cut off for private medical college was 481 at Azeezia Medical College, Meeyannoor , KMCT Medical College, Manassery and Karuna Medical College, Palakkad.
While cut off for BDS under state quota was 481 in Government Dental College, Alappuzha and Government Dental College, Kozhikode.
So going by previous years cut off you can get a BDS seat at government college or Mbbs seat at private medical college. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.

Hello Jyothi,
The cut-off for government colleges depends on the category and domicile of the student you did not mention your category so I am expecting you under general category. Well, the chances are pretty rough as a general candidate needs to score more than 550 in order to get admission into any government medical college. Admission in the top ones might be an issue but you can get a seat in some lower government college. You can check what colleges you can get with this rank by going through the link of NEET College predictor tool given below.
