The cut-off for government colleges depends on the category and domicile of the student you did not mention your category so I am expecting you under general category. Well, the chances are pretty rough as a general candidate needs to score more than 550 in order to get admission into any government medical college. Admission in the top ones might be an issue but you can get a seat in some lower government college.
