I will graduate (btech) at the age of 23 due to one year educational gap will i lag from others who generally graduate at age of 21-22

The students who pursue diploma before B.Tech generally complete at this age. And there are also people who after completing their Degree prepare for Govt. Exams and they give min 2 years to the preparation.
Age is not important except for some examination like NDA, Army recruitment etc.
But, you should not worry about that because if you want to prepare for Govt. Exams after doing B.Tech. The only concern would be minimum age for applying which is generally 21-23 years.
But for jobs in private sector your skill and experience is more important.
So, you don't have to worry about age the only thing you should devote your focus on is in doing internships related to your domain while you are in College, doing projects as many as you can, building up your resume, doing certificate course related to your branch and scoring high in your college exams.
This is how you get a good placement in campus and also off-campus.
