I will pass class 12 in 2020, can i drop that year and give jee main and advance in the year 2021

Yes , of course you can take a drop and appear for jee mains and jee advance in 2021 as one ca participate in the jee mains entrance exam for 3 consecutive years. So , since you will be passing your 12th in 2020, so you are eligible jee 2020, jee 2021 and jee 2022 as well. For more and detailed information about jee go through the link given below :-
