Dear Aspirant,

If you are not able to submit your OBC-NCL before the end of June  (due to covid, I was under quarantine) . There no need to panic you can contact the concerned authority about your issue and they will consider it. You may be considered as General category but when you will fill up the JAC councelling form then select the form as you desired category. You will get a chance   to submit the original OBC-NCL during JAC councelling.
