I would like to do b.com from Panjab University Chandigarh. But I have no idea weather this University offer this course or not.

Hey.
Panjab University Chandigarh does not offer any regular course in Bcom. Only the colleges affiliated to this university offer this course and some of them have a good reputation. But this University offers an Evening programme in Bcom. It is offered by Department of evening studies, PU, Chandigarh. Here is the link to that department.
