i wrote candidate's name in my neet form in this format name_father's name_surname but my 10th marksheet has Candidate's name in this format name_surname it means format is different in both and it's been told to write candidate's name according to format of 10th marksheet.Will it cause any problem?

Do not worry, there will be no problem regarding your name entered in your NEET Application form. You can Correct it when the NEET Correction window opens.
The board will provide the facility to make correction in the application form . It will be done from the month of May 2022. The candidates must login to the website and verify their particulars and make necessary corrections wherever required.
Further, any incorrect information entered in your NEET application form, NTA authorities will be notifying you in your Email ID and then you need to correct the same information when the Correction window opens up.
