Iam a B.com graduate from Calicut University and scored just 45% in degree.Can't i apply for MA English?

Hi Srinath,

You are a B.com degree holder from Culcutta University. The minimum eligibility criteria required for master's degree is that the candidate should have completed bachelor degree. Therefore, you can go fro MA in English.

Since you are a commerce graduate you ought to opt for M.Com. Now you would be shifting from Commerce stream to Arts stream. Nevertheless, you can MA English too.

You have not mentioned which college you are opting for. Hence i am providing the common eligibility criteria and that is: The candidate seeking admission in master's course should have completed graduation with minimum 50% marks. There is a provision of relaxation for the reserved categories.
