No ,experience is not required to be eligible for IGNOU MBA.
You can check Ignou MBA eligibility criteria which is provided below:-
-) you should have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks if you belong to general category or at least 45% marks if you belong to reserved categories
-) there is no age limit to be eligible
-) admission in MBA will be through OPENMAT entrance examination which is conducted by NTA.
Examination pattern is provided below :-
-) there will be four sections
-English language
-General awareness
-Reasoning
-Quantitative aptitude
- )there will be a total of 200 questions expected section wise breakup of question is provided below
-English language :- 50
-General awareness:-30
-Quantitative aptitude:-50
-Reasoning:-70
-) mode of examination is online i. e computer-based
Marking Scheme:-
-) you get one mark for each correct answer
-) there is no negative marking for wrong answers
-) the duration of examination is 3 hours.

your IGNOU OPENMAT MBA 2021 examination application form is expected to be released in this month i. e February 2021 on its official website i.e. ignouexams.nta.nic.in in while exam will be tentatively conducted in April 2021
