You can go for M.Sc Physics if you have the subjects
Mathematical physics in any of three years of Graduation. M.Sc Physics in DU can be regarded as the best, after IITs.

There are many opportunities available in IT Field for Physics graduates. many IT companies such as Infosys, Wipro and CTS are recruiting Msc Physics graduates for software jobs. You can also get jobs in Energy Plants, Automobile Industry.

Good Luck!
