See if you really want to score 600,read NCERT of both biology and chemistry as many times as you can.you can definitely score good in bio and chemistry just by reading NCERT,one more thing try to attempt mock tests as they are beneficial for improving time management skills.For physics time is very less so try to cover major topics but make sure at least you remember formulas of all chapters.
