TNEA is the entrance test for admission into engineering college of Tamilnadu. Students need to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam.

Now coming to your question, Yes you can give TNEA exam. Only condition is that you need to give your nativity certificate as you have not done your Class 12th from Tamil Nadu.
